The best location in Shanghai - safe area, on subway line 2 and close to everything, including some of the best restaurants in Shanghai. Every detail of the hotel is thought through and done to the highest standard. The smell of the air in the hotel was beautiful! I would say this is a six-star hotel - not five! Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and toiletries. The club level is a must, although a bit expensive. The free minibar is amazing, especially in the club rooms where .

I won't stay anywhere else in Shanghai now. Once you enter the hotel you already start to relax from the very calm atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious and the choice of colors materials and design is excellent. The pool and Sauna/jacuzzi area are wonderful and let you forget time and stress. The Restaurants food is excellent as well. The location was excellent for visiting Shanghai, with Jingan Temple metro outside the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and the rooms were modern, spacious and clean. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The location of hotel is excellent ! Concierge: We had a plan for the evening including dinner and then a bar with a view to see the Bund. We asked the concierge to recommend some bars that were not clubs and relaxed. He recommeneded a members only club which we couldn't get into and a loud russian club. We ended missing the lights as we were going from one bar to the next in taxis. Breakfast Dining-room. breakfast : if you stay longer it gets borring, the food in general was not so great, I had much better food in a hotel of this quality. A bit expensive. Staff. Disappointed that I was given a ordinary room when I checked in, but am please the Manager managed to change a better room.
