This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality. Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food. Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

  Breakfast room at top floor - Staff were very friendly and helpful, but shy about talking with a westerner - I was the only one staying there! Location is great. Decor is excellent. Single room was really big with a double bed. Non-smoking bedroom really was non-smoking(no lingering smell) - a rarity in China.

  Good location, there is Wushan night market just right at the bottom of the apartment. There are bus stops just one street away which is easily access to many tourist spots (Pls take note that most of the tourist spots in Hangzhou is not accessible via metro but bus).   The rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable. It has an onsite restaurant that served good food at fair prices. And they had English speaking staff who were friendly and helpful. They really did make an effort to make your stay comfortable.
