the theme was as I desired. Design. disappointed overall. the carpet was not clean properly. 1. enter hotel around 3pm and told my suite not ready and need another 2 hours. 2. No luggage tags were given to me. 3. No proper actions were follow up! 4. Nobody at all even offer to show us to the suite. Simply handed the keycards around 5pm. Ridiculous.
