The hotel is located in the best part of Guangzhou. Near have lots of good western restaurants, shoppings and places to visit like the canton tower. The staff was really nice, and they help us in everything we need. The design of apartments is really cool, and they are big. We stay 3 persons in a one room apartment. Is hard to find, but like I do always in China, when I catch the taxi I called them and they explained to the taxi driver teh location. If you go by metro, they can pick you in th.
all reviews » Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us drinks while we waited for our room to be cleaned because we came a bit early. Helped us find our way around town and recommended places to eat/see and how to get there. Also helped us find our way to Shenzhen to visit family. Also the washer machine broke while we were using it and they apologized and offered us a new room if we needed it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free milk, buns and fruit were given daily too!. I especially liked the cleanliness of the apartment. I also like the fact that there was a clean and attractive public swimming pool very near buy. The close vicinity of many high class restaurants was also a bonus. The location is superb if you want to stay near to the magnificent Canton Tower Staff are fantastically helpful and friendly. Overall, I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Canton. mostly I liked everything about this property. location is top class in Guangzhou. very near to IFC building and also near to Tian He downtown. its a real four star apartment hotel. The staff speaks english and there is a pullman everyday to get to the canton fair! Sarah from the front desk took good care of us in our stay. It was a little difficult to find. They do not provide plates/forks/knives etc despite there being a working kitchen. i think only negative point havent safe box and ded was old. We booked a room for 4 persons but there was just a kingsize bed (really good size) and a smaller double bed. The small bed was for 2 male people a little bit too close to each other. One of us sleeped at the sofa. There are no signs that the hotel is in this building, but we found it easily after a while. It is hard to find the location and need to have clear sign board outside the building. Found different insects around the room, especially in bathroom - need to improve pest control. Noisy, lots of construction around. Difficult to find - there is no sign outside, so it took me long time to find and a few phone calls. You advertised lots of features that this place doesn't have; no bar no restaurant no pool no english speaking concierge no trouser press and worst of all ABSOLUTELY NO ENGLISH SIGNAGE TO THE APARTMENT its all in chinese!!!! took me 90 minutes to find it!!! really poor service on your part and a gross misrepresentation of this palce. Price. sanitation need to improve. We saw a dead cockroach in our room.
