dear sir, pls note I like you all support and everything, pls note I paid the bill by usdollar but as per my credit card statement, you deducted yuan: 4100 N also 3878.00 credit card number ending 8001c- my room number is 1615 stay 30-10- to 3-11- pls check your record and let me know pls reply regds/C.M.unni. They give me small corner room which is cosy in design and have all that is needed . Given the option to change to standard room but decided to keep smaller room for quietness and design.

Health center was not working , the receptionist was trying to play smart by allotted me business suit where as I had booked one bedroom apartment,which is expensive and he actually allotted me suit in place of apartment, after looking at the suit I insisted on changing my room to the other receptionist and finally got the apartment allotted to me. Be aware of the reception staff, they can cheat you. That the gym/massage rooms were being renovated while I was there. no staff that speaks decent english in an hotel were mainly foreigners are staying. The price is too high for a small room. Standart rooms are not that smart equiped with necessary facilities. Rooms on the 25th floor are much better. breakfast food quality & variety was not good, spa was no good, hotel smelt of cigarette smoke, quite musty & old at breakfast restaurant. They take from me one day over becouse I travail at 8:00 pm. poor internet speed. The over booking upon arrival - was moved into sister hotel at 3 am. I was missing the possibilities of getting an massage of feet and legs when returning after a long day at the fair. room is quite small. I don't know why did they gave me such a bad room.room no 1402. It is situated right behind the elevator.no windows and you can hear the flushing toilet from the room above.i had a very bad night and was suffocating. Final price and breakfast.... Breakfast was tooooooooooooo Chinese. Nothing for European people. No more choice for breakfast , poor internet , small lobby , expensive amount for this hotel. The breakfast time was very noise at the corridors. Slow lift at peak time. I have requested at the time of booking to have the room on the front side but the Hotel people not alloted it . It make me upset. Poor Staff and Manager. WiFi is very week,most of them cant speak good english. It's really bad staff to deal with customer , rooms is very small , towel always not clean , you can't feel rest , not like 4 stars services. Service Staff management Room amenities.
