-staff upgrade my room to a junior suite, its big and luxury. Not bad at all. Friendly staff. no comments. - No Wifi in room, and at lobby still very poor connections. - No restaurants at surrounding - Concierge is not very helpful. Just another SHAMBOLIC hotel where: 1. There is no in room wifi until some guy shows up with a router that then doesn't work. 2. The staff say that your permits to Tibet weren't delivered and you have to call Tibet to get them to ring the hotel and argue.
