staff were great... Bell men went out of their way to help out..it was definately impressive... Beds like clouds and deep bath. The conceived staff is helpfull ,due to construction of underground works adjacent to hotel the staff make an effort to block the taxi for us to airport . Bar did not have snack to serve with beer... Staff a bit slow to respond to lack of AC in the room..they had to verify it independently before responded!!! Fintness room must definately be upgraded...it is not a 5 star quality Fitness center!!!.
