Location. It is in the heart of the city, close to many historical sites and parks, and yet it is quiet as it is located in the hutong area, which is also a benefit as it lets you see real life of Chinese people. And bike rental fee is only 20 yans per day. A good way to explore the neighborhoods.
super clean, a bit noisy on the first floor because of the free breakfast in the morning from 7am, so ask for a room on the second floor, that is much better.

Near by metro station. And all staff members warmly welcomed me with fluent English. They let me know the location of any places I want to go. So nice.

The doors are so thing that you here everything happening in the corridor. Not for people with sleeping disorder.
The room had only a very small window so it was not very bright. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
Room was clean but a little bit fuggy- maybe rason was age of hutong.
