Very good location. Friendly staff. Big room, clean room and kitchen.Everything was good. Great quality hotel (if you book a business room) with fast internet access on a great location, lots of good restaurants and two blocks away from Dongzhimen metro station (this will be the station where the direct airport metro line will go -- from august 2008 on).Rooms are amazing for a reasonable price.

Then you go out from hotel to town and want to return to the hotel, take a telephone, because 90 % when you take taxi, you need to call to reception and to give telephone for taxi driver for explain reachable of your hotel. Not a major issue, but bathrooms have transparent walls. Although mid section is frosted, you can still see in (I don't particularly want to see my wife use the toilet) and if you use during the night then you end up lighting up the whole room.The two main recommendations would be: improve breakfast selection, and make the beds more comfortable. At the moment they cater mainly for the Chinese taste. choose the room face innerstreet, cause the room face main street was very noisy.Beds were far too hard, I like a hard bed but the floor was softer.Prices for water, coffee and eating in the hotel extortionate, butluckily plenty of supermarkets and a good Pacific Coffee shop in theGinzo Plaza nearby. Internet access was not included in the price. A complimentary bottle of water was not provided. A shaving razor was not provided. I think these are basic needs of a guest.
