Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, great environment. I'd give the hotel 4 stars if there's a electric kettle in the room.
