Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. America. Both the day + night shift knew their business and looked after
us very well. Breakfast was superb and I loved the fresh strawberry
juice! The location itself proved a good choice. It is the other side of
the river from the centre, but it is only a short 10/12 minute walk.
The street is quiet, but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of
bellavista for the nightlife and restaurants. Mega comfy bed.

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent.
The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.
