What people say

The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the room in general. Good breakfast. The location was good. The breakfast was good. Location. Too few personnel. The staff are unable to communicate clearly in English. Spanish speakers will be better off here. We had arranged for a private tour to Valpariso with the help of the hotel staff but the guide who turned up was spanish speaking which was ridiculous as we has specifically requested for a guide who could speak English. We therefore did not go and we are so disappointed by this!.
