Location is perfect for a city trip, 5 min to the next Metro Station, one of the biggest Malls of South America in walking distance..... the area is quiet and the mountain view is spectacular from everywhere!! The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and Wifi is for free !! Breakfast is standard, but if you dont like the coffee there you can choose one of the great coffee shops in the area....
all reviews » This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was unbeatable; a block from two main streets, and a short walk to the Costerna Center and Metro. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The shower pressure was great! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel!. The bedrooms are huge!! I had a suit with two floors which is really practical to have any meetings with colleagues if we do not have an office in Santiago. Good heating system (central and personal), I was there in winter.... Location is good in Providentia and close to subway for easy access to downtown. Quiet area. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Friendly staff, good clean rooms Good breakfast. The location was great, walking distance to the best shopping and great restaurants the fact they had parking on the premises was a very good thing for us. Large rooms with lobby, nice bath, center of the business district, 3 min from the metro, good breakfast,fast Internet. All was great. Near to restauramts, Metros stations and mall´s. Breakfast and the breakfast staff. Location. Brilliantly located & close to all my clients for appointments. Staff very helpful. When we arrived, they receptionist could not find the booking via bookingcom and it took quite a while to finally get the key. The good thing about the hotel is the quick wifi, so I could immediately show my reservation.... There was nothing negative about this property!. Internet connection very low!! Quite upseting when you trying to work or even surf on any pages. Dowloading some vidéos or other big data will take you hours. Pressure and temperature of the shower just enough!!. They could add a coffee maker in the room and iron. Rooms are little bit small and congested. The staff at the restaurant were not very friendly or helpful, they would need a bit more training to let them know how to please the customers, they acted as they didn't care, the breakfast could have a bit more variety, the two story rooms should have a tv in the lounge so you didn't have to go upstairs to watch when you arrived to relax etc. That I asked for an iron, and they got me one the size you can find in toys r us ,tied with a chain to the miniature table, this was silly and ridiculs,the safe in the closet is small and fit a wallet cell phone money , but no way your Ipad or a laptop. Only one very nice girl at the front desk during the early day shift spoke English. The bath. Some building work was ongoing at the time which was noisy.
