The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Everything was organised well and we could check in properly the next day. The apartment is just beautiful and there is nothing missing in it! They make your bed and change the towel everyday and the hosts are available all day if you have any questions and speak english pretty good! We even could store our bags at their office on our last day. The .

Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site. This apartment was just great, perfect location, very comfortable and new furniture, good wifi. The reception is located in the same building and is open all day long. Great organisation. There is even a cleaning service. Calls are free in Santiago. You can leave your bag after check out. Excellent. This apartment is in the central district so close to the Plaza and shops. Also close to transport. The young man looking after the bookings was very helpful. Our flight was late at night and we were able to leave our bags in an office until 7:00 pm which was very handy. Very comfortable, clean. The shower was very good. The bed was great. The security at the gates work for the condo not the aparthotel companies (there are several operating in the same complex) so you are pretty much on your own out of hours and weekends. The pool was being refurbished and thus closed until further notice. There was some noise in the apartment. Lack of basic things in kitchen such as salt and pepper. No tea towel or cloth for wiping table etc. (Did get delivered next day once asked for). It's in a residential complex. While the leasing staff for the apartment is great, the doormen aren't as helpful. We were getting picked up by a tour company, when we never got picked up, we asked the doorman in the lobby if we cold call the tour company and he was very hesitant to help. Too big a complex and long way to the office going up and down the lifts. Price slightly above market comparatively. A little expensive. Check-in was late because the appartment wasn't ready. An annoying small noise during the night. We stayed there for 4 nights, they come to clean the room everyday but did not change the towels eventhough they were very wet!. Cheap and with scarce suplies - no extra toilet paper, no salt/pepper, dish cloth, paper towels, etc. Nothing. Recepcionist working only diurnal horary. In the night we have a trouble but nobody came to help us. Nada. Not much info on places to go, reception dont speak english and not friendly, just the office staff helpful, and speak english.. elevator. The apart Bellas Artes, is not an Hotel, then, there is not a recepcion, but an admistration office. Laundry charge was greater than the room cost. Gym closed Swimming pool closed Staff rude and they lied to me about the swimming pool never coming back again.
