Wow! My husband and I have travelled the world and for the first time in a long time we ended up with an amazing apartment just like it said on the website. Ximena the owner was really nice and very attentive. The apartment was perfect! Clean and just right for the two of us. It was quiet and central too. Close to the train station and as well walking distance to the city centre.And dont forget the supermarket was just down stairs at your doorstep. I was truly amazed how nice and modern the apa.

Moreover, returning from a trip to the Easter Island we used the washing machine and dryer in the 22nd floor and felt like home (even better: one can use it until11pm!). For the airport one can take the taxi in front of the building for a lower price than the shuttle for 2 persons! (13000 CLP). I cannot. The apartment was as expected. It is small, functional and clean. The unit we stayed have a balcony facing to the internal yard and is very quiet and silent. This is a tip, ask for an apartment facing to inside, the ones facing to the street are very noise The location is perfect, near to the historical center, Lastarria neighborhood and to metro stations. However the best thing in this apartment, as already evaluated by other guests, is Ximena and Francisco kindness. They do everything possib. The Apartment was perfect. All questions and requests were attended to immediately by the wonderful owners and the position was perfect for walking and taking the Subway to all the places I needed. It has a well equipped kitchen and is next to a great supermarket if you want to cook, and restaurants if you don't. Safe, clean , beautifully appointed, WiFi terrific, shower good. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect. We arrived late at night and keys were on an envelop with the gatekeeper. At the room there were a bottle of water, orange juice and a cell phone. We met Ximena the other day and she is a very nice person. The apartment was excellent and had all we need. Location is awesome as we covered all the touristic points by foot. She also gave us the phone of a very good local guide. The location is excellent, close to the historic downtown, between 2 subways lines and parks. Remember that is not a hotel, is an apart-hotel, then you wouldn´t have breakfast, but there is a good supermarket in the same building. You can buy everything, including good wines. Maria Ximena, the owner, was incredible. They lent some maps, gave tips, and let a local mobile fone with us. The location is great - two metro stations within 2 min and easy walking to many attractions. Facilities are quite adequate, and the apartment is more than comfortable enough. Ximena is a star! Apartment was more than we expected: two bedrooms and a living room with all the media: internet, cable tv, small stereo set. Location is great in the very center. Walking distance to Cerro San Cristobal. Location was great with the front entrance across the street from the Bellas Artes area and the back door half a block from the beginning of the pedestrian mall. On our first night, we were given an appartment on the sunny side of the building (which gives on Merced street) and we did not sleep well as it was very hot and if we would open the windows, it was very noisy. The day after, we explained it to the owners and they changed us to a much nicer and bigger appartment that does not receive direct sun. It is a great location for downtown ... but you have to live with the noise but this is not particular to the apart as we spo. The location and the warm welcome of Maria was very good. Even though the location is in the city center it was quite calm with a nice view to Santa Lucia. Nothing really but if I was to be perdantic or fussy - lack of small essential things in kitchen such as a good knife for cutting veggies or meat or a peeler to peel veggies... But really nothing. The bed and shower was not so good. But, for few days is fine. No complaints. The rooftop pool is absoloutly freezing!!. The elevator was difficult to take. No actual reception Help not available 24 hours. language difficulties at service entrance. having to pay cash. Very noisy. We stayed one night on the Merced street side and the street noise is very loud even though we were on the 10th floor. Then, we moved to another building where we could not hear the street noise as much but at night, there is a big base sound (boum boum kind of sound) coming from a discothec that starts at 10:00 and stops at midnight on weekdays and at 3:00 in the morning on Week-ends...and we were on the 14th floor. The bed was a nightmare and in details the apartment was not clean. The couch was already quite worn out.
