Specific property, unit and bed configuration are not guaranteed until the time of check-in. Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. The majority of guests in any given party must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests will be asked to provide identification when checking in to ensure that they meet the age requirement. Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card pre-authorisation form. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Blackcomb Lodge 4220 Gateway Drive, VON 1B4 Whistler. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
