Very comfortable? Clean, loved location. quiet, easygoing, close but not too close to village, pool, hottub, barbecue. Jacuzzi was not working, TV small. blinds, screens didn't work, road noise, no front staff all weekend. We had an issue with the room. The door lock did not work, so we were locked out of our room for about 4 hours and could not get our things. We were finally moved to another room had to move our things at11:30 at night.The manager was supposed to phone the next day and did not. It was not handled very well at all by the manager. We will not be going back.

Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card pre-authorisation form. If the form is not returned within 24 hours, the property has the right to cancel the reservation. Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier Resorts reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality. Please note: the Horstman House Hot Tub will be under construction and out of order from May 14-31, 2018. During this time, the pool will remain open. There will also be construction taking place on the 2nd floor from May 14-31, 2018. Guests may experience some noise disruptions during working hours, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20 per night per person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 15 per night in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years is charged CAD 15 per night in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable.
