very best and comfortable. convenience in accessing public transport. Nearby variety of restaurants.friendly and helpful staff. good value for money. comfortable. Everyone,the staff were very accomadating and courteous,friendly.The hotel staff were courteous and helpful at all times that I spoke with them. It provides an microwave and refrigerator that made the stay more comfortable for business trips when one does not always want to go out. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel there is one close by.
all reviews » It has full blown entertainment with the cable facility and the most is the unlimited supply of ice for the drink. yes! the secure parking as well.things were fine. i loved the facilities that you have to take transportation and the neighbourhood was quite and people was generous.Very helpfull staff, quiet room and hotel, value for money. it was ok and friendly people. Flexibility. was clean. Location and safety. Good value and big rooms, sauna. Hotel staff was very pleasant. location. The only good thing worth mentioning is the locked underground parking. And the wireless web was pretty fast. but it's not for free, like in other Hotels in the same price range. hotel staff. Just a little thing ,the noise from the other rooms.The fans in the other guests above us bathroom was very noisy.not the people just the bathroom fans. the coffee maker which doesn't work and the fridge wasn't that cold.maybe the cooffe should be a little more concentrated but apart from that all was absolutely great!!!. Hotel was fine, internet terminals would have been nice.the booking... on arriving it appeared the booking wasn't alright. internet had and cost, in other hotels is free. yes, they charge for evrything that is not included - U want another bag of cofee - 2 dolar, want internet, 6 dollar (its small things so why take money?). Another thing, you should know that this hotel is like 8 KM far from the center of the town. it takes like 30 min on bus at 15 min on train (skytrain), the number 3000 is far look 4 somthing at the start like 1000 on kingsway there are plenty. Need to improve services in general.Inside resident area, not much to do around. You cannot swim in swimming pool. Accessability, it is hard to drive into the hotel parking from certain directions.noisy party. The neighbourhood was scary, especially at night. Prostitutes on the corner next to the hotel. At one occasion a police car stopped while I was having a cigarette outside the Hotel, the officer told me to be careful as this is a rough area... Need I say more?? The cleanliness of the room was not great, too. Stains on the carpet and the walls and the furniture has seen it's best days long time ago.cleanliness. Very dirty. It is more like a motel. The neighbord is not secure. I strongly recomend other better opcion, pay a litle bit more but keep save and confortable in other hotel.
