Superb views of Toronto Harbour the Islands, Lake Ontario & the City Airport.Clean && comfortable with good security. My daughter lost a sizeable amount of cash which was handed in by the cleaner which displays great honesty. Very central location for many of the attractions & amenities. I too cannot understand the poor reviews. I carefully checked the costs of staying elsewhere & this apartment was very competitive.

The noise from the Gardiner Expressway to the rear of the property which is unfortunately elevated althoughn the views & location far out weighed that. The security staff - not having an actual "front desk" can be inconvenient at times...and the security is not very helpful/friendly. The blinds in one of the rooms were broken and would not shut or move at all. Cigarette burns in carpet. Only one lift working most days. difficult trying to find a place to park for check in..a little more info would have been very helpful. having to pay for internet. nothing. Tired and dated. No mention on the website about all the construction work being carried out in the area, but didn't affect our stay. Nothing. needed better blankets. The nail sticking out of the floor where the carpet was ripped. The poor service and help from the "help desk" via the phone which they rarely answered and the dirty windows. On arrival air conditioning was not working and it was >30C. I wrong office and was toild they may sent someone around - they did not and consequently we did not sleep much on night one. I didn´t know it was an apartment hotel with no restaurant, no staff and no facilities. Had I known, I would have prepared myself better. 1) ugly porcelain cups and plates 2) dirty glasses 3) tent of the bedroom that does not flow 4) warming in the bedrooms is not adjustable on the increase. Missing blinds, construction around the area. Next trip would stay more downtown area. no sauna or jacuzzi as advertised, security was largely unhelpful. heat was locked at about 17 degrees. no complementary coffee. the building and apartment are old and in need of repair access to the building and parking garage is difficult. Being a residential building, only front door security was present, and he had no answers to any of our requests. It's ok for young bachelors or single travellers. Wifi service was unavailable until the staff arrived the following morning after 11 am. Our business requirement got effected. Too many dogs in the building, and that too unleashed, while we were in the elevator, two huge dogs entered without a leash. Absolutely not safe. No attendants. The complaints which reported never attended while in stay. Dirty, capers stained and torn up, no air condition in August!, furniture very poor and scratched. The apartment looked like no body cared about much!. The room and blankets were dirty. No staff at location. Only security staff, which is not helpful. there was no staff, the room was dirty, it smelt like cigarette smoke and it smelt musky, the bed was very old falling apart very uncomfortable,the bathroom had hair all over the floor and tub, the table was not clean,no toilet paper we had to buy our own, broken toilet flush handle and very noise with all the construction on the streets, I would like my money back, I was not very impressed with the place and would not recommend it to anyone.
