Thank you for the early check-in, that was very courteous.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. nice hotel in a nice location. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok. friendly staff. nice bar!. Hotel was very neat and clean... The rooms were very confi.. comfort of the room. Very good service...Our t.v. and room key didn't work upon arrival and they came to fix the problem quickly..
all reviews » the place being near the shoping streets. I was very pleased with the service that I recieved at the front desk and how they corrected an issue that came about. I also was pleased with the level of friendliness of the staff. My bed and bedding was very comfortable. Very clean and excellent service. Room service was good. Bed was verycomfortable!. convenience of the location. Nice hotel in a location. I had trouble with the booking. I booked the night before I was staying in the hotel and they had not gotten the fax from LetsBookHotel.com with my reservation. This was all resolved in about 20 minutes but could have been a big problem. Both parties should work on their communication.The staff was for the most part attentive: I had a problem with the bathtub that wax fixed the same day. It was pretty much as expected: good value for the money, clean if not a posh room, and no surprises. Proximity to the downtown stores within walking distance.the staff. Quiet and comfortable. 24hr McDonald and 24 Shoppers Drug mart closed by ....easy access to necessities. good breakfast,. Sorry to say but the kleenex and toilet paper could have been a whole lot softer. Can't figure that one out. Your public washrooms had softer tissue than in our rooms. The breakfast buffet could use some improvement as far as quality and freshness goes. The rooms are very close to the 4 elevators. So, it is very noisy. day and night!!. I felt that the parking service was not that organized. There were people driving every which way. The fact that I didn't have to show my ticket to pick up my car made me a little bit nervous. I could have drove away with a better car!. The breakfast menu was expensive. And there wasn't a shuttle service from the airport.the people fighting in the hall at 2 am and no one steped in and the lack of a bible in the hotle room yeah i was very upset over that. I wasn't happy with the fact that I got a corner room. I believe my room was significantly smaller than others. Also, the bathroom door lock was not fuctioning ...so I couldn't lock the door.the fire alarm at 3:30 am, the room did not have much fresh air,.
