Had to pay for parking (which was a bit of a disappointment ... but the gate to leave was left open so that was a waste of money anyway. I was there in summer. But in fall and winter, it could also be a residence for college students which may make it noisy and busy.... Maybe could have a better gym facility. only wired internet was available, free wifi would be more suitable. Chick in time too late. swimming pool hours.Also no intermnet. Extra charge for parking despite having a huge empty psrking lot, no wifi is really a let down in a hotel within a college campus. At the time of booking online, there was the option of adding any special requirements which I did - my companion requires a gluten free diet. I asked if there could be a gluten free option but there was no record of this at check in and no gluten free items at breakfast. Not a big deal but if you are not going to action a request, dont make the offer. From the two dsys thst I stade the elevater was down which created a longer wate for the other one. Guests have to paid for parking. the ceramic walls in the shower had molds. we couldn t open the patio door enough to hang the swimsuits to dry outside. I guess the breakfast needs to be more rich like , egg , yogurt , bread and other thing like the time for pool juet night time should be available in morning time. very far away from the city. need to take a bus to the RT to the Metro. takes about an hour and 20 min to get to the city. there is NO wi-fi in the room!. The shared kitchen is closed. I requested for an iron but never received one. The pool was closed, no wifi on our floor (4th), no hairdryer, shower cap, old washroom. not clean. No internet and cable first night. No in-room WiFi. Only one elevator working (used steps most of the trip). Ac blows air directly to the bed. Didn't know that this is a College dom converted to Hotel just for the Summer. Can't believe the pool hours was from 6pm - 10pm which is when family head out for dinner. We had to alter our dinner time so the kids can swim. More....
