Great and Helpful Staff. Very close to the water and in the core of Tofino. It was the perfect location for my stay (attending a local wedding 5mins away). Room was very clean. Price was very fair given the location (co-op food store is right across the street, water and pier are half block away, bank on corner, post office on adjacent corner, liquor store is right behind the hotel, many great restaurants all within a 5min walk). Coffee is on from 0800hrs to 1100hrs daily. Schooner Pub is. all reviews »
We arrived very late - 11-45pm. The office had closed at 8-30pm and so we were unable to check in. However, the keys to our room were left for us to collect. Very good service.
Very convenient location with starting point for excursion, restaurants, food shops and everything else at walking distance.
The town of Tofino is located on the remote edge of pristine Pacific Rim wilderness and ocean beauty.

Were accomodating after initial confusion, after arriving after 9 pm with separate rooms instead of the suite booked , the 2nd and 3rd night we got our suite.
The location the staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

None worth mentioning. (It's not a Fairmont...You will get over it.).
Had occupied our initial suite with someone else who needed it , as they came before us. We had booked the place, there had not been a notation, that coming late needed to be notified by phone or other means.
A bit old and tired. Very noisy occupants (but cannot really blame the
owners for this). We thought it was very expensive for what it was.
Way too expensive for an old motel.
Bed was not very comfortable. Says it's a motel but our unit did not have any cooking facilities. Our price was good through letsbookhotel.com but would not want to pay thier advertised price.

there weren't enough towels.
Was listed with fire place none in our room. The staff has no clue of our needs and just whatever we asked she said no all times. The room was next to office and constantly hearing people loud discussion with the staff and complains.
