The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. We enjoyed our 3 nights. It is spacious and the beds were comfortable and it sure is a budget friendly. The staffs were very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Terrific staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Comfortable room and bed with good coffee and everything we needed in the kitchenette. The setting and the attempt to provide little touches like a bright reading area off the lobby and free WiFi that actually works. Great value and friendly staff, plus great discounts on whale & bear watching trips. Great location, very modern and new facilities. Would recommend to other travellers. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bath tub was just right. Like that we got a deal off whale watching tour staying here too!. I loved the trails through the rainforest behind the hotel. spacious rooms good location close to beaches and Tofino. Very comfortable rooms, helpful friendly staff. No complaints. Some of the furnishings are a little worn and frayed, though everything is very clean. The place is not a beachfront. No complaints whatsoever. No restaurant facilities. No restaurant open at the time we were there. They were renovating at the time. The 2 bed room we booked was apparently not listed properly on letsbookhotel.com and it was a one bed room. wifi internet very unreliable - working poorly at best and not at all during evenings. Distance from town. A restaurant was advertised in the web site and also on the sign. We would have used the restaurant because it was pouring rain and we did not want to drive. We know it is being renovated but it should not be advertised yet. Well, it's not on the beach. It is advertised as having a restaurant and does not. They are a five minute drive from town. That could be a problem for some who don't expect to have to drive to town to eat. No restaurant Grounds around the hotel require significant improvement. The restaurant was being refurbished. the room has no phone ,no exhaust for the kitchen.
