Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms! We overlooked the park across the street - great view. Location is fantastic! Have stayed elsewhere and the climb to get back to those hotels at the end of a long day of walking was a little daunting. Le Manoir is easily accessible along Rue St. Louis which runs from the Hotel Frontenac to the gates of the old city wall an.

The staff was most helpful in telling us what resturants to try and what to do! We will be back and recommend it to others. The location was perfect for walking all over the city. We wish the rooms had a small mini fridge in them. Walking up to our room on the 4th floor. Leaving... We were in room 36 and enjoyed it. It is beautifully done. However the marble floors in the bathroom area are very slippery after a shower. This is not a dislike but in comparable accommodations a coffee maker is usually found. I wasn't a big fan of the art work. It was no problem for us, but there is no elevator that some people may want. No lift No fridge/kettle in the room.
