Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time. The rooms were clean and kept that way during our stay. Our breakfast experience was exactly what we needed to start our days. The bed was luxurious! As well as the super soft robe! The staff were always very helpful and patient with our questions.

Breakfast was a bonus and having real milk with your cup of tea was a luxury for us in Canada. everything was great!travelling with our 7yrold grandson,nice to have the pool for the evening and be close to the beach! Our first day, the pool was uncomfortably cold and the hot tub was much too hot. We didn't use either one again. Real mugs in rooms not paper ones. some people might find it a little out of the way as its a good walk into penticton itself, but this is one of the things we liked about it. no big deal really but there's no lift so heavy luggage has to be carried up to the second floor rooms. Breakfast foods were a bit on the cheap side. Dumped fruit from a can instead of fresh as well as minimal amount of protein (first day there were no eggs.) obviously continental breakfast is not fancy but it still could be better. We ended up Buying breakfast somewhere else. As well, the seating in the breakfast room was pretty poor quality with plastic folding tables. The breakfast was not very interesting. It had very little choice and no hot items. didn't see an ice machine. In the heart of wine country but no wine glasses or corkscrew in the room. We had a corner room an the main floor. The parking lots was right beside us. We had a non smoking room, or so we thought. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in and there was an ash tray on the balcony. The washroom sink being outside and across the room from the washroom is not sanitary. why not use 2ply toilet paper?. Lighting in rooms too dim, smokers are allowed on patio suites, with smoke able to blow back into the room, settling on carpet and drapes.. Very off-putting for a non smoker. Cleaning staff were very helpful in attempting to eliminate the odor. Air conditioner kept shutting off. echo in our room from the walkway above - not terrible but noticeable. I liked it all!. No balconies on street side rooms. We changed to an inner courtyard room with a big balcony and good mtn views. No program listing on the TV and lights were too low for makeup application at the vanity-alos need stronger light for reading. The pillows were over stuffed. The breakfast was very, very poor.The bathroom needed a wash basin in it. Wondered what could be on the door handle. Thought there could have been offered yogurt and maybe bananas in the breakfast place. Other than that, breakfast was good and coffee was VERY good!. Not having my Wyndham Rewards automatically added for my stay. Breakfast was pretty poor quality overall. Small infestation of some sort of small flies. the breakfast....not enough variety (warm foods). Layout was awkward and difficult to get around. smell of nail polish remover from the day spa in my wing of the hotel. No real dislikes. Nothing. sink in room, small t.v., no movies. The breakfast included was ok but not the best. Pool wasnt in working order Bathtub wasnt clean. No sink in bathroom!.
