kind staff. Very nice Staff, helpful, accomodating, attentionate... The staff with a French accent even offered an umbrella seeing me going out as it was about to start raining. I like that it was in the Quartier des Spectacles and the Foufounes Electriques, but that means ... read the dislike section. Beinging Downtown!!!. Good service, the staff were ready to help out in anything.central location, good staff. Excellent location. Proximity to establishments. Washroom was very clean.Location was good. A full refund was given when we had to leave thehotel because the roof suddenly started leaking torrents of water, but,we had to wait until the next morning to get it from t he manager. Thestaff were very honest but not terribly helpful. Central location. Locution. the location is good. it was too noisy at night. It should be better if it provide slippery, toothbrush & paste and hot pot.Make sure it is clear on the web that you can ask for a room with or without bathroom. Great location in the Quartier des Spectacles and the Foufounes Electriques, but that means animation... and noise. But the Aircon will rumble the noise smooth!. If you just need a place to sleep, its excellent price for the location; bathroom was clean.The summer crowds smoking beneath my first floor window and the smoke getting in with the airvent/conditioner. loo and shower in hallway. Too noisy. Carpets were dirty. Noisy. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 set of towels for 4 adults.Water was pouring into our room from the room above ours and the staffdidn't seem too surprised or concerned about it. Not enough room for breakfast, difficult comunication to staff (many ofthem did not speak either french nor english), bad ambient. Washroom it's so bad and elevlitor. the hotel was dirty the surrounding area was disgusting,the bathroom had unfinished repairs.was totally uncomfortable we forfitied our 2nd night fee tostay at another hotel. close to no hot water. the lift is scary - too old and run down. dirty, dirty,dirty-very loud -.
