Everything! Very courteous and professional staff. Very accommodating and helpful Excellent decor. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Bedding was wonderful - excellent linens and soft duvet. Loved the restaurant too (Bianco/Nero) - excellent italian food! No complaints. The staff was nice. The hotel looks new because of the renovation. Very cozy and comfortable room. The pool, the saunas and gym was very nice. The restaurant was delicious. Located not to far from downtown.
all reviews » Second year on this hotel, a pleasant experience. The restaurant has changed to Italian now and the food is very good for a decent price. Free parking and Wi-Fi adding more value to this location. Very helpful staff. Room was amazing. Hotel very clean. Large car park. Next to extremely heavy traffic, but so quiet inside hotel. Near metro station, and other shops and restaurants. Ruby Foo's was nicely located downtown with easy access to the subway. It had a nice well maintained pool and gym. A little expensive but comparing with other places it’s worth the money. Hotel is expensive, but worth it. Restaurant food delicious, but again expensive. Room doors heavy/quite noisy when shutting, so early & late guests could be heard. Initially hard to find. This place truly is a hidden gem. Those not familiar with Montréal might have a hard time finding it initially, as it is up off the highway along a trip mall like boulevard. noisy air conditioner. Nothing, it met all my needs. Location far from old montreal. It was a very small thing that I did not like and it was that there was no milk for tea and coffee only powdered milk. Some Front desk staff not overly welcoming/friendly. The facilities in the hotel were closed. Maybe it is good to have a small shop in the hotel. Fridge did not work, bed could be more supportive. No gift store. a bit far from the center. but close to subway. not high rise. ----. Mattress and pillows were too hard for my liking, wasn't comfortable at night! It was too hot in the room!. Thin walls!.
