The Save-On-More Rewards program. The price was reasonable. As I am partially disabled I was able to get a room on the ground floor. The Staff was great. I made reservations on-line, but at the time I did not know their was a discount for those on a medical trip. I was still very satisfied though. we liked that it was pet friendly and they even had puppy place outside for to do their business. Also air conditioner was awesome. Very clean and just great location for shopping. I'd stay there again if I went to Kelowna...or anywhere really.

Price, location, amenities, room style (1 bedroom),cleanliness of room, staff was very friendly and helpful, we would definitely come back to visit and are going to make it our annual vacation!. Small thing, but important for the coffee drinkers in the morning!. Your hotel seems to be a party hotel. Loud parties in the middle of the night. I had the worst night sleep ever. I also have heard this same complaint from other people who have stayed there. I will not stay again due to this factor. The restaurant that was right handy was too slow at service. Low Toitetts would like high seat. N/A. everything was fine. The small bathroom. Bit noisy although it is set back off a main road. Bit expensive for what it is. the guy on night shift is not friendly. I had to go to front desk (4) times to re-program room key! That was in the first (2) hours. Fridge wasn't working; no updates from staff after complaining... the price is high since the peak season. Near the road,a bit noise. no table and chair in a room with kitchenette. no oven, chairs flash back to the 70's - r useless especially if you are using it to sit on while on the computer. toilet would run and you had to hold the handle down until the flush was complete. The wall is too thin, I can hear any words which the people chatting next to my room. Was ther for a motorcycle rally and took my grandson with me. Booked room because accent inn had pool, but pool was not working. When its hot and with younger children, working pool would be good. Price was too high for the quality of hotel. stains on rugs coffee pot not clean.
