When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. Really liked the Bar. The Avenue, as it is called, is an absolute gem!! If I lived in Kelowna I am pretty sure this would be my 'local'. The bar staff (Ashley) was friendly and talkative and would be a major asset to any establishment.

Ein perfektes Personal in der Rezeption. location is excellent. Room upgraded. Like the modern design in room and the pool and hot tub were great too. Staff were wonderful letting us use pool later than posted time. Convenience of location, off Hwy 97 and close to lake/park and other downtown shops and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean... Liked the location. location. Only 1 thing - the fact that when we checked in after a long drive and arriving in the evening - no bath towels in the room. Soon rectified though but a little irritating at the time - just 1 of those small mistakes - otherwise it was alll good. The shower. I understand the idea of the rain shower, shower head - however there was next to no water pressure. Closing the bathroom door required more negotiation than I expected. It was "cozy" in the extreme. Gym & swimming poor shape. Bathroom in room wasn't very clean, soap splatters and runs on back of bathroom door and we were given a hand towel that had a red stain on it. The location which is one block and an alley way from Leon Ave. The Avenue has two bars and homeless people scouring the area. I felt my vehicle was not very safe. We asked for a room closer to the elevator with a tub, we got a room with a tub , but further away... The website said there were two rooms left and the hotel was pretty empty, if yi go by the parking lot, an expensive hotel, for the price and the room was really not that great, Front desk clerk was very friendly, but the price is a bit outrageous... Was unaware that there was not a bathtub in my room, the bathroom had dark hair literally all over the floor, cleanliness was poor. not that clean. couldn't close bathroom door without hitting your own legs, my husband sat on toilet and had to get up to close door, sink and floor not that clean. when bed was made there was a medium length dark hair on sheet, not ours. Prices too high for what we got. parking lot hard to get in and out of. Ac not working room stuffy no windows to open no discount for it.
