Our loft room was a great design, and had a good amount of space. Was very quiet, but I suspect this was due to time of year - might be less quiet in snow season! Bed was good size and quality, bathroom nice and clean and reasonably modern. About a 10min walk from the busier, downtown part of Jasper. Lots of parking. Would certainly recommend. - suite with mezzanine was comfortable and spacious - breakfast buffet had good and enough choice - restaurant was good and seating was available outside.

How cozy & quiet it was. It was also very nice to have a balcony. The breakfast was very good as well. I was given a very nice suite on arrival after a long day.Well done and I will continue to recommend your hotels to my friends. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was good that there was parking right outside. The kids loved the pool. It was nice to stay in a hotel that I could put the kids to bed and still have my own space. Had a suite with jacuzzi tub in room. Also has balcony. Super clean and very nice. Pleased. Will stay again. Buffet was very good. Staff were polite not pushy and knowledgeable. Restaurant served excellent food. I liked how clean and helpful the staff were. Five star there. The beds were comfortable. Didn't appear to be a lift up to our 2nd floor room, but we didn't look too hard. - mezzanine was a bit warm as under the roof and the rooms have no airco but this is not unusual due to the evening cooling in the mountain - the hotel also has no elevator which was no problem for us but guests need to be aware. Charged my visa for full day rental before arriving - if I would have had to cancel for any reason, my guess is that getting my money back may have presented a problem. We were disappointed that the pool was really quite small & very crowded when we were there. Then it was closed on our second night @ the Inn. It was very noisy during the night as there were people sitting outside in the garden area below our room. They were smoking and talking loudly until 2am and we could smell the smoke inside our room as we had the balcony door open. It was a little expensive. Pillows in room were too soft! Water station in spa area would be good as use of sauna and steam room recommend water intake but entrance to pool suggests no food or fluids?. What I did not like is the 2 gueen bedroom with 2 person spay. The bathroom was out dated feeling. Nothing negative. A bit on the pricey side, but it's in Jasper. Hotel restaurant food was not very good. We were charged for our son's breakfast, although ours was included. For such a huge hotel chain, this is rather petty. Car park was inadequate for the number of guests. Need to put the bedding on hide-a-bed; brakfast voucher did not include the two children. Coffee in the room was not tasty. No air conditioning in the suite...and we stayed there during the hottest week of July!. I thought it a bit pricey for an older facility and no elevator to take luggage up. The Pool not working wasn't on the web site and the restaurant wasn't open until dinner. Pool under constuction. The terrible Noise of ice and drinking (vendage ) machines at the entrance of the building close to our room (difficult to sleep quietly.....). Rooms are small, but this is typical of hotels in Jasper. Room got hot and no aircon only "mountain air" but that meant opening the windows and letting mosquitoes in!. the bed was hard as a rock. Restaurant....food was disappointing. noisy neighbours and the smell of smoke in the hallway. The room (loft room) did not have air conditioning. It got very hot in the room, and this was when outside air temperature was in the low 20s. The room may be uncomfortably hot in higher temperatures. We didn't open windows so as to prevent any mosquitos getting in the room. The room was very small and not equipped very well for a kitchenette. We were not able to bring our skis in. The price was high for the size of the suite. room decore very old,no water pressure,. i didnt like that my credit card was debited as soon as my booking was confirmed. i carry a best western voucher card and it had more than enough to cover the room cost. however the staff at reception were reluctant to switch it from my credit card to my best western prepayment voucher card. they indicated it was more trouble than it was worth. makes me wonder why i keep wanting to use the card except that it has still got hundreds of dollars credited to it. Way too expensive for location and view. There is no store in the office to purchase items. Have to have a store you can get to if need be and not go downtown. There was no room service! Did not like that at all. Had to stay in room one day and couldn't leave. I had no way of getting food until after 4:00 p.m. No one delivered till then and restaurant was closed. No store to even walk to quickly and get something. Buffet breakfast. I had Best Western coupons but there was budging on the hotel's part to help facilitate the use of the coupons. Also had booked a king size bed but didn't get one of those either. we were pretty tired so we made do . I would not stay there again . Quite disappointed as I stay with the Best Western Chain a lot. The rooms had been remodelled to make it a one bedroom hotel room and the bed barely fit the bedroom, the tv was way too small for the distance from the couch to television, we had breakfast included with our room, which was a buffet style, but was awful. The front desk staff did not even smile when checking in and I was the only one standing there so it wasn't like they were busy. Overall every disappointed in the room for the cost. The room with the kitchen is pretty small, no dishwasher over priced. Hotel room tired in need of refreshing .Bed linen ,including quIlt , (doona) needed replacing Additional charge of $15 to wash up for you but provided no plug for sink. Bus parking outside room. Rude staff at check in. Small room between road and asphalt parking lot. No A/C and it was 85F in September. No air condition and need general renovation!!!!!!!!.
