  This hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Sunny beach. The value for money could not have been better. The room was large, simple and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked well. The room had a nice terrace which over looked the lush green beautiful garden and swimming pool.   I realy liked the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. there were everything we need in the room - 2 big beds ( i stayed with my friend), air conditioner, small refrigarator, tv, nice balcony with table and chairs... it took 5-7 min to get to the seacost hotedand 10-15 min to the city center, great location. In the night it was silent, so we could ... what people say » sleep good. there is also small but nice swimming pool. stuff was friendly. i wolud recomend this hotel for not expansive but good rest in Sunny Beac - Curtains almost blackout (not all hotels have them), carpet on the floor, the room is pretty cosy. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in front of the hotel. This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside. Late-checkout: until 14 - 20 BGN, until 16 - 25 BGN, possible even later

  We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful.   I did find it a little bit difficult as most people still know the hotel compex as Sun Holidays. Still it has been my mistake as I did not call the reception to ask for direction. The staff are quietly accommodating, without being over bearing. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager is constantly walking around the hotel, and greets everyone and ensures everything is ok.   Location is great, quiet area, but only 5 minutea away from the beach and from the beachway with all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and looking to help. The room was not so big, but clean and with everything you need in it. Bed changed twice in 6 days, garbage taken every day.
