nice staff, nice pool, nice people, children-friendly policy. the rooms are big. Clean. The rooms were US standard (like holiday inn). It was withing walking distance to most things. Breakfast was ok (for the price of the hotel).The staff were friendly and helpfull, The location away from the main strip but only 10min walk was ideal. The hotel had all the facilities expected of a higher rated Hotel.

It also can pay in euros, but this is not displayed anywhere and the cost of stay is calculated at the National Bank of Bulgaria, which is may add a few euros. I would not be disturbed if this would have been displayed somewhere. The breakfast was not so rich and not very diversified.Receptionists are poorly trained. Can't believe that at a 4 star hotel, the receptionist would not remind me at checkout that I still have my IDs with them. I had to turn back from another country to get them. I wished there was a ventilation system in the bathroom, because especially in the morning, it smelled like sewage.The bathroom didn't have a bathtab, and buffet breakfast was lowquality, especially the salamy (every sortiment was untasty, I couldn'tfind a salamy that was enjoyable) , also very few fruits... Usuallyonly oranges. The staff were rude and abrupt. The breakfast was disgusting. The toast was the only thing worth eating, however you had to put the bread through the toaster 3 times for it to show some colour. The had shut down many of the facilities ready for the end of the season. Outside bar shut, shop, internet were shut also.
