english spoken on reception desk. Good location. The Location!. The view. charged extra for use of an iron, the staff on the desk were quite surly and accused us of drinking from the mini bar when we hadn't touched it. Very old hotel, past its best! Very old furniture in the room. Broken toilets. Staff not very helpfull and do not speak good English. Breakfast very bad like in most hotels in Bulgaria. Other than its great location, nothing is good about this hotel! To avoid if you're travelling with your girlfriend or your spouse! Believe me!.
