Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean if to compare with Sofia I saw in general. Fantastic location, right in the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Very old furniture. Water in the bathroom, which is combined with toilet, after having a shower - if you want to use a toilet after a shower, swim or fly. Holes from cigarettes on bedlinen, noisy beds. No breakfast offered - but you're close enough to plenty of places to buy your own breakfast.
