Fantastic receptionist. For sure the most friendly and welcoming I have encountered in Bulgaria!! Lovely, mineral water swimming pool at an ideal temperature. Excellent breakfast considering the very reasonable price paid. very nice hotel, with great pool, jackuzi and sauna. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are clean. Very good price and deal, if you don't mind driving 10 min. to or from Bansko.
