The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it!. * Very nice resort-style building with large, clean, comfortable rooms * Great mountain views * Nice outside pool * Next to golf course, close to mountains and national park * Excellent value, despite its bad points, priced at 1/3 of its neighbors!.
all reviews » Not in walking distance of Bansko. Really quiet place to rest. Very nice SPA center. Rooms are big and spaceous. Breakfast is just fine if you can get up till 10 in the morning :). Friendly staff. Everything was perfect, the staff was very helpful, the facilities in the apartment offered all you need to feel like home. Great view of the mountains. 10 min to the center of Bansko by car. Quiet and relaxing place. The complex is new, apartments very large,clean,confortable and really well equipped. Excelent value for the paid price. For us it us unfogettable vacation. + Great value for money + the staff is very polite + everything is new + many extras in the rooms - LCD TV, cable TV, bathtub, kitchen and more + SPA + great nature around and golf. in this hotel i liked that the stuff(Tina) was really friendly, also the room was really clean and big which was really good considering us being a family with small childrens. Excellent hotel, apartments are very spacious and comfortable, beautiful views. Staff are the most helpful we have ever encountered, nothing is too much trouble for them. It's not a negative point but it would have been perfect if the have an interior pool. * The Razlog Valley is beautiful, but I found it too out-of-town and too resorty. I preferred being actually in Bansko rather than 15 minutes outside * Having a kitchen with no microwave and no utensils is next to useless... and clearly a deliberate policy to force you to eat in the restaurant instead of self-catering. Either equip the kitchen or call them rooms instead of apartments! * Free WiFi that only works in the lobby is similarly useless and annoying. It is not related with the hotel, but if you go by car and you are entering Bulgaria from Macedonia it could happen the border from the Bulgarian side to be closed. For no reason I wait more than 9 hours. Althoug Bulgaria is EU country, don't expect EU custums on the border. Have enough water and food just in case. Especially if you catch some of Macedonian national holidays. - The heater is too small for the room but at reception they gave as an extra heater - no WiFi in the room. Nothing to dislike. Indoor swiming pool is missing. On your website I was informed that there is a indoor pool and that was not true. There was no wi-fi internet in the rooms, just in the restorant and at the reception. We had cable internet. Also the running tracks were not working and the first day I was said that they will be fixed but they were not during the whole stay. much of the area is half finished buildings. Recommended for travelers with cars, because Bansko is 3-4km far off. Most of the time you can hear your neighbours and sometimes smell what they are cooking. None. 10 km away from Bansko. It will be perfect whit bigest pool. no complains. After using the toaster the fuse has gone. Dont have indoor swimming pool. No indoor swimminng pool. The breakfast was poor. No real cups but plastic beakers, which is really surprising. Butter was old. Sweets tasted industrial. In the apartment there was not a single coffee cup and only one mug. Not enough sunbeds at the pool and very few parasols and they were poor. They promised parking space, but in practice therae was not enough them for all. They promised also a internet in the apartment, but could not provide the cable (in the apartments it was not wirwless).
