  The staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in our room and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Organized taxi to take us back to the airport.   This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated which can be difficult to find in Bulgaria!... what people say » I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. - Excellent location right in the Balchik marina.
