The owner Jaoa was super lovely and made us feel welcome each day. Even went out of his way to help us on many occasions. Highly recommend this place such good value and lovely people who are always there to help.

One of the best locations in Salvador!! Cheapest place :)
Family run place so very nice :)
Very clean bathroom and toilet.
Staff were great, very helpful. The location is perfect.
price and location.
Go far away.
Loved it all.
wifi has some problem during the period we stayed.
Really small bathroom/toilets.
Double rooms have no windows. Shared washing facilities desperately need
upgrading and the roof in the shower/ladies loo leaks when it rains.
The front doorbell also gives a mild electric shock in the rain!.
No windows in the private room. No real kitchen only a fridge but if you need you can ask to use their stove down in their house :).
It is extremely basic and looks very dirty at first appearance, however the beds and the toilets are kept very clean, I think the apparent dirt is just ingrained into the paint! Only one power point in the room and that is needed dor the fan!
The place sort of grew on me after a few days, but is a bit too budget for me to stay there again.
poor, not comfortable, mosquitos, dirty.
When I arrived the hostel was full, they given me a room in other Pousada of same owner named "Terranossa". The room was dirty as never, without window, A/C was laud, the bed like in a Jail. My back is jet full of pain. Early in the morning smell from kitchen, next day they change me the room at 4th floor, no lift and steps as in the mountagne. It is a shame for that price.
Spiderwebs around lamps
no mosquito net
noisy fan
concert in front of hostel
no window
disgusting bathroom.
