Very cheap; very handy. It's not that bad, as we seen in other comments. Is far from the center, so is perfect if you travel by car. The attention is ok, everything is clean, good croissant and coffee in the morning. Everything you need, bathroom, tv, wi-fi, recepcion 24h, etc. The neigbourhood is ok, turkish doesn't mean dangerous. A good place for travellers and for a small price. It was me and my mother travelling to Brussels and we stayed in this hotel for several nights. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Their English was good as well. Location is not bad, near to tram station which takes you to the city centre in 7 min. Our room was clean and neat, breakfast was simple but really enough to start your day.

Location in not good for foreign travelers driving with car as my car side window was broken and was attempted to stole things in the car. I went from Germany in car and parked the car outside of the hotel. Breakfast was same every day. staffs don't look paricularly friendly. No water in the room. sigarete smelling inside the room was the worst thing about the hotel. The Hotel was great, but Taxis from the city to the hotel varied wildly in price, ask the hotel to call you a Taxi to the city centre, and it was the same price every time. To the Central Station was 11 euros. Poor hygene (but they changed towels and sheets regulary), smell of food true whole hotel. The heater and hot water were not working well. The choices of the breakfast was a bit limited. Poor filed information on how to get to the hotel. We use Google maps, came to the point where the hotel was 850 meters. Finally, after hours of wandering, had to take a taxi. Breakfast is only crosant and coffe and it is not change day by day. Room very small Location unsecured Far away from public transportation. I saw a dead rat under the table when I was having breakfast. i didnt expect to have to stand on a chair to turn the tv over,curtain pole was hanging off the wall at one side.the bath room wasnt very good either.no tea making facilities in my room.remote control missing for tv. It is too far from the city center. But if you are four the taxi is 12 euros, the same as the bus. Breakfast was very poor. The beds seem to have not been changed for ages and had hair on the sheets and very poor linen 4. The hotel is located on a turkish neighbourhood - dangerous at night! 5. Locks on the doors were broken, electric plugs not working, old curtains... 6. Very poor breakfast... DON'T STAY HERE!!!. They lied about the breakfast as they didn't present me anything even that I paid for it. The staff was unprofessional and has a bad attitude... It's like they got paid a d they dont care about the customer. The room in its own: small bathroom with no toilet paper shampoo or soap. Very rude and careless staff. T tv had no remote...very bad experience. Rooms were not clean, no one changed our towels & sheets !! staff is not helpfull to provide better condition to us. Too far from everything Bad neighbourhood, it is a suburb Lots of money in tram and in the night only taxi because it does not seem very secure to walk in the evening for that streets. very noisy and cold room. Everytime I had to tell the receptionist to switch on the central heating... It´s the most dirty Hotel I´ve ever seen in my life. It´s said you get wifi, but not. The conexion falls continuously. I got 1 minute conexion. everything. almost everything. Appaling. Please do not stay here. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very small, very old, and very-very cold: no heating and almost no hot water. Most cheap hostels are of much better quality. very dirty, without doubt the worst hotel I've been before. old Arab hotel dirtily stinks hanging wires broken glass door handles fall off Internet is not stable at breakfast instead of coffee machine pours dark water.
