Rooms are vary spacious; Almost as staying in an apartment while having hotel services and facilities. Is was a good Hotel and I will book it again. More than enough room, nicely renovated. The staff were friedly and made you feel at home.I particularly enjoyed the free internet services fro my room in the 5th floor. Surely, I will come again.I selected this hotel for the gym and leisure facilities that it promoted. Regrettably I arrived at the hotel at 11pm and the sauna had been switched off :( The turkish bath (an alternative) too was not working. The location is not all that bad but certainly not central. For those who like to walk, it's not all that far away from the Grand Place (15 mins brisk walk).

The breakfast offer not too big but reasonable and always fresh food.the hospitality of staff; king size bed; large bathroom; very comfortable bed;. room space, personnel very polite and helpful. I liked that there is enough space, confortable furniture, cleening and services on good level, offering the possibility of fitness. Location with good communication possibilities not far from Gare du Nord. Location near to the railway station, availability of fitness room, clean room. Large room, possibility of using gym until midnight. Good breakfast. There's no wireless internet, except for ground and first floor; could improve on information about facilities (there's no depliant or brochure explaining it all). Could be a little more variation for breakfast, also the area is not the best, better keep out of some small streets coming from Garde du Nord. No negative experience.Wider selection at breakfast. The hotel is situated in part of the Brussels previously called the "red district" so walking from the Nord Station prepare yourself for girls sitting in the shop windows.personnel not speaking english. Luck of internet in the rooms although declared. Luck also of a set of fork, knif and spoon and plates in the kitchenette. very noisy room on the street side despite my request at booking, no dishes or plates in the kitchen corner, it was quite cold in the room - heating not working. The position is quite far from the city centre, but in the vicinity there are bus and tram.Bed was lumpy on one side. Pillows too flat. Place was in an area thatyou wouldn't venture out in at night. Far from center, bad area. breakfirst is too simple. very hard to find, not mentioned on the sat-nav, street numbering in GPS of Rue De Palais started with 298 and further.
