Extremely comfortable bed, very very clean towels and everything else is very clean . No dust even on the highest shelf in the room in the open space. I liked a lot, that there was no carpet on the floor, very stylish rough wood floor. This is very good for people with allergies to dust. No carpet room gives more fresh breathing for lungs. I just forgot my travel slippers , so I wore by white woolen socks on the floor almost for three days and they remained as white as they are, so is the room .

The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself. This hotel was fantastic. The room was beautifully designed and very stylish, but practical. It was also very clean. Free cold water in the room (and unlimited top ups) was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very central, just a few minutes' walk from Grand Place, as well as being surrounded by lovely bars and cafes. A number of English language TV channels was a bonus!. The room, although small, was very nice and food organized. The design is really cool! I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. They were always open to any question and they also gave me advices regarding what to visit and where to eat a good Belgian dish! Perfect location if you want to walk around the city. The usual Continental 'two single beds pushed together equals a double'. There is no place where to hang towels, no wardrobe but just hangers,the sliding glass door in the shower was a bit too hard to be used(room 207). However this are really minor issues. At first glance from the outside the entrance was a bit strange-looking. Partly because the building next door was being renovated, but all that changed when I went through the door. I didn't have breakfast - I wonder what that would have been like?. No hooks for towels in bathroom. I cannot fault the hotel in any way!. Wish you could get a pot of coffee rather than going up to the one machine. I could not separate the water intake as between bath and shower. The only thing that I personally didn't like was that my room was overlooking the street and so I could hear the noise of the bar/pub until about 4am. Apart from this, the hotel is lovely. Don't forget to ask about the trick to turning the shower on! They forgot at the reception and it is far from obvious. The breakfast - at 14 Euros is not worth it. Self-serve buffet with cheap cheese and ham, some scrambled eggs that stay in the warmer. The bread is good and so is the coffee. You could hear some noise from the bars below, but it wasn't too bad. Bath/shower in the main room. Designwise looked great, but absolutely no privacy, bizarre idea. Breakfast not included in (high) price of room. Paid (a lot) extra for a really ordinary, disappointing hotel breakfast. Naked art of women all over the hotel so if your coming with family that's not particularly a good thing. Not so good noise isolation, you can hear people on the corridor. Construction next door Began early (0630 one morning). Difficult climbs to rooms from elevator with large luggage. the shower was leaking and a lot of water was on wooden floor!. The bed was made poorly after the first night. My pillow case had some mascara stains on it (from me), they should have changed it. The mini bar could have more choice than coke, sprite, beer. The air conditioning smelled a little. Nothing to report. Room great but fraction small for two adults. Tea and coffee making facilities would be great addition. Room decor: more bleak than "edgy" Shower/bath tub arrangement was awkward; hard to keep water from not splashing onto wood floors. Single room is very small. Bad point: Breakfast announced at 12 EUR and invoiced 14 EUR. nothing. Nothing, everything was nearly perfect. Nothing. It would be nice to have a hook for towels close to the shower. Leaving ,and having to come home!!!!!. no kettle. The room I had was realy too small. The previous time the room was excellent. So it depends. The reception is closed at night. It is a problem for foreingners (to call a taxi, etc).
