The location is great. It is not so crowded as in the centre but it is also close to actually everything. We used to walk to Grand Place, Magritte Museum, Grand Sablon and the shopping streets. There is a bunch of very good restaurants. The food is cheaper and much fresher than in the centre. There is the famous Beer Circus, which I think is the best place for beer-lovers. Friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was in a quiet, good area and within walking distance to the City Center and the Bruxelles-Nord train station. We booked the Duplex Apartment (4 Adults) and the size was perfect for four people. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Supermarkets are just around the corner, so the the possibility to cook was great. .

The room was lovely and light and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating even though there was a language barrier. Location is in a nice part of Brussels and only a short walk to the central city. These are self contained apartments so there's no real front desk like a trad hotel so if that's what you need, stay elsewhere. Note kitchen facilities are a bit rudimentary for full self-catering but you could get by ok. Very quiet. The location and convenience of a self catering unit was great. The room was perfect for 4 adults and the building felt quite safe. We arrived on a Sunday so had free parking right outside the building until 09.15 on the Monday. Th location is very good. Very close to the Brussels Central Station. It just took 15 minutes to arrive the apartment and very close to the grand place and shopping street. I received an amazing apartment from the 18 century. its really an amazing apartment and i did enjoy myself so much! And the guys work there are really so nice and cute , whatever questions you asked they would answer u with patient ! I'm sure i'll be back next year!. We ordered apartmant with 2 separate beds, but manager do us a favor and change it to studio apartment with king bed :) Thank you. This accommodation mets our expectations, very good price-performance ratio. This is a simple place to stay in Brussels for a short business trip. The room was clean, bed is fine and the free wifi worked as well. Location is perfect to reach both the EU premisses or city centre. Location, price. the room. the staff were very helpful while we were waiting for our rooms to be ready. the location is pretty good - very close to the city center even while on foot. the rooms were fairly clean and had good ventilation. The room was ideal size, the bed was comfy and with a few ornaments it made it a little homely. We had a few problems at the start but the staff worked alongside us and got it sorted which was a relief!. Check in was 3pm, I arrived at 1pm and expected to just bed dropping my bags off, however as my room had been cleaned, they gave me the key and told me I can go up now. It was sometimes hard to find someone from the staff. It gets a little bit warm in the room, when it's around 33C outside. But it was ok, and beside that everything was fine!. There was only one power-point in the kitchen - so had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle! Also no dish-washing brush or cloth. The upstairs got very hot because there was no ventilation from the bathroom. Nothing really. Forgot had to settle by cash!. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable with newer pillows and bedding. The shower needs redoing as it leaks everywhere when you shower. one large blanket for two persons (we dragged and pulled it together during the night, we are not used to it). That the hotel does not accept credit card (at least it was very clearly communicated). The dishes and silverware were rather dirty, but we took care of it (there was plenty of soap). There could be some salt and oil for cooking!. No microwave, sofabed was tight for two adults, very sharp stairs to mezz level for sleeping with short footstep_tread that make it hard to go up or down, and biggest problem was acoustic and noise from outside and both sides next rooms. The wifi signal in my room tended to be low. Although it wasn't too warm outside, my room heated up uncomfortably. The manager wasn't able to give me a receipt. very poor wifi, refrigerator did not invite to store food, cans or bottles (whereby it might depend on the price category of apt. what you get, we paid 64,-/night=low category), no TV (also price related), bathroom/shower condition not very appealing but not dirty, ideal if you are ok with basic standards for a short stay. Summer heat was very high, probably a fan or AC would be great. First time a little hard to find but if you once know it is perfect. Porter could not speak English, thankfully we could speak some French. Did not get hair dryer as requested. Not really something that we don't like. We had to call the front desk several times when we arrived to let us in and also to ask questions or get the wifi code (which we never got) because no one was ever there, this was quite frustrating. Only on leaving we were told that the area wasn't very safe. Nothing much just that the converted sofa bed was not comfortable. dangerous electrics, room not ready until 3.30pm. It's not close to downtown but it's close to subway station. location is not easy to find by public transportation. Nothing. It could be more clean. No TV. Not effective cooker (we cooked our pasta for 2,5 hour!), expensive parking,. Water in the bathroom did not have good pressure. Not as soundproof as advertised. No tv. - no cleaning service privided during my 7-days stay, even empty waste bin - kettle with calc sediment - very few staff in the kitchen. No tv. no extra hot water however it was ok. It has been stated that WiFi is available, it was actually not. there were some misunderstandings and half of us had to sleep outside the room because the staff took the keys as the room was not ready yet in the afternoon. plus, there was no one at reception during the night... quite disappointing but a partial compensation was given. there was no rubbish bin in the room which was self catering. We didn't get into our room until 4pm but staff worked with us and let us stay till 12 on check out! No oven or air con. They pride them selves in having a concierge service, to the point of sending a email to advise this and they are available for all your needs, however when I checked out, they were not able to call me a taxi.
