Liked everything and cannot fault a thing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would def recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Brussels. Its a 5/10 minute walk from everywhere. We loved it!! :). The hotel was very clean and service was really good.The room was excellent. The rate was very good for a hotel of this quality and close to the center of Brussells.

As noted in other reviews, carpets stained is sort of a turn off., even thought they where clean.Breakfast was a bit short.. The parking lot is small, expensive and inconvenient. I needed to ask someone to open the garage each time.The parking place is very small. The toilet looked old, and not to the standard of american best western. The location is not central.
