This hotel is very close to the centre of Bruges. Perfect for walking to the main squares. The hotel is small but cosy, and offers all it can for the comfort of its customers. The proprietor, Yasmine, is most convivial and helpful, yet never intrusive. This is a hotel we would definately return to. We enjoyed our stay very much.Yasmine, the hotel owner was extremely helpful. Upon arrival she gave us a map and outlined where the major attractions were in relation to the hotel. The room itself was very spacious. The hotel is very easy walking distance to the busy parts of Bruges but is located on a side street so was nice a peaceful. Excellent location and friendly staff, who were keen and willing to offer advice and suggestions. Good value for money. Hope to return to Bruges and stay here again. The lovely hostess and breakfast, the room was also very nicely furnished with a surprisingly large bathroom for a European hotel. Good location as well. The owner was charming, friendly and very helpful, the location was perfect - central but very quiet and the room was a good size for a family.Large room. Quiet. Good shower. Even had UK television. Great staff, excellent location, good breakfast.bathroom, staff, breakfast, location. Near to the historical center. Manager Yasmine was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Brought the kids a jug of hot chocolate. Breakfast was excellent, simple tasty, plentiful, good eggs . Bedroom, although old (it is Brugge after all), was large, and quiet. It was just the hotel we were looking for, after the Novotels etc. on the rest of our trip. Yes close to all the action, but quietly aside. Very friendly, helpful manageress. Beautiful breakfast - a lot of home made, fresh food. Lovely view over city and very cosy little room.lovely hotel excellent breakfast Yvette owner of hotel very helpful very close to centre within walking distance of everywhere. The location was great! The manager was very friendly and helpful.excellent breakfast, we had no serious complaints. The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady who made us feel welcome. The location is very good for the cebtre of Bruges. The price would have been better if I had paid at teh time I made my booking. By the time we went the pound had dropped againstthe Euro and the cost had risen by 25%.the friendliness of the staff was excellent especially towards our children, they got given little extra treats. Breakfast was great just what we were looking for. The owner was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It is a very central location, but at the same time, being on a side road, also offered a quiet stay.Yasmin made us very welcome - and that mad a big difference - the hotel was ideally situated - and very quiet. The hotel is in a perfect position for exploring Brugge. It's small but has everything you need. The owner operater was friendly and very helpful. Knew about the good restaurants in the area. Friendliness of owner, good location, clean rooms and good breakfast. Great location, friendly owner, good breakfast. Hotel was fine inmost respects. Breakfast!. Location. It's location, and it's breakfast. Visited Brugge. Good location, good breakfast. verysupportive staff.ne thing only-sliding bathroom door was cumbersome and not very effective-there appared to be enough room for a normal door. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel or its staff. Our experience was entirely positive.Washbasin a little cramped. Would be better without mixer tap in the middle. Impossible to get head in the sink. Minor point. A little hard to find.missed a bath tub and a garden of some sort, anywhere to go outside. TV a bit too small, but a bit picky considering none of us speak Belgium and we were out all the time. The shower wasn't very good and insufficient toiletries. Very thin walls.the air conditioning was very noisy. one of the rooms did have a smokey smell even though it did have a non smoking sign in room. The room was a little small. The television was rediculously small and difficult to see. Price. The beds were old-looking, room was a little shabby. Bed has hard plastic mattress pad.
