The apartment is very comfortable and has all necessary things to use,
so that you feel at home there. The apartment is situated in the centre
of the city, but it is very quiet there.Just near the apartment there is
a good supermarket and some restaurants.It is a very clean, warm and
well disigned flat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful people.
We really appreciated the flexibility the hosts had with our arrival. I
can't imagine a better location - perfect to see all of the grand
sights inside the ring. The apartment was very comfortable, with an

Melkerhof is a brilliant location - it would be hard to find a better one in Vienna:- two minutes from everything. Supermarket, cafes, tram, U-bahn! The Melkerhof is gracious and civilised and the Gstoettner family are hospitality incarnate.
The apartment was very well-equipped and the location is perfect. Excellent restaurants and transport nearby. Owners very nice, helpful people.

Position of apartment excellent.
Charging 3euro to use the washer, after already spending a considerable
sum for 4 nights.
The apartment, though very well equipped, has no outlook. This doesn't really matter as the location is so good.
It is a bit difficult to find but if you ring Elisabeth she will find you.
- A minor point: the instructions on where to dispose trash (recyclables, etc) are not too clear.
1.Owners unhelpful.
2.View described did not exist.
3.Apartment appliances old and faulty, not clean, electrical connections difficult and dangerous.
4. Faulty door lock, shut out of apartment for several hours, then owner demanded over 100 euros to have the lock repaired (having said it had happened before).
5. Previously agreed check out time, confirmed in writing, constantly changed.
Overall a very bad experience.
