The hotel has a autentic interesting Vien interior and placed right in the center of city, 15 min walking to the main sightseing and Historical buildings. Just 2 min from the nearest undeground station and biggest shopping street Mariahilfer strase. Room was always exellent clean, staff were so friedly and ready to explain hoe to reach any local place.Breackfast is full of delisious meal. I got all the necessary information on how to get to the hotel by the staff and, when we arrived, we were warmly welcome by the staff. In fact, as they new about our wedding anniversary, there was a bottle of spumante and a very sweet card at our room. all reviews »
Everything. The staff was excellent, very courteous and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel room was roomy and clean. Close to metros and city centre. Excellent, excellent friendly, responsive reception desk. Always. We spend 2 days before spanish journey and our arrival slept there. Theywaited ous ,prepeared the room for especially our requirement.after along journey -it was wonderful. My child was very happy.his decesion wasto arrive the same hotel. No real lobby, smell of smoke in breakfast room, slightly off city center. furniture need renovation. There is no air-condition in the rooms. It was hot in the night.The lighting in the room could have been brighter but apart from that, I had no complaints - the hotel has a nice, old-world atmosphere. the hotel looks little old and dusty. a little ant was in my bathroom, but she was alone as far as I could see (:-). We asked for twin beds and got a room with one double bed and a small sofa bed with no headboard. The minibar in the room was not refilled during our entire 5 night stay and a dirty glass was not removed from the room for 3 days.At the begining they sent us in a very small and ugly room, totally inadequate for two persons.
I did complain quite hard and finally they change the room, the new one was adequate and corresponded to a three star hotel. the view from the room. i couldn't see the street from the window.we couldn't pay with credit card. Hotel should buy an iron.
