Quiet room and very good breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Although the hotel is situated a bit far from the town centre, it is easily reached by local train. Around every where. 20 mins to Vienna city center.They have also an Islamic channel , that was great for me as a muslim. We were very happy with this hotel though stayed only one night. The public connection is good but not frequent enough. view from rooms was not perfect. The area where the hotel is located seems to be quite abandoned during evenings (which may bring a bit "lonely" feeling when walking from the railway station, - but on the other hand the area is peaceful and it is only a 10 min walk). There were only 3 places in the immediate vicinity of the hotel where you could buy dinner. Two of these sold pizza and the third was a mediocre chinese restaurant.Also I like to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.street noise and no airconditioning-the at time I stayed there there was exceptionally hot weather. Public pc. Due to Austria's liberal laws on smoking, people were aloowed to light up in the café restaurant (and near to our table), which was not pleasant, particularly with our 18-month old child with us. Smell of smoke. To small parking area. good but not excellent connection to city center. the shower was very uncomfortable (water direction). There was noone in the reception when I came, and I had to find the stairs by myself as there was no indication of stairs, and no one to ask. I found that a bit strange. No service at all. Would have preferred that they had at least one person around. Especially for a girl arriving alone around 22.00.
