Pretty much everything. The staff speaks fluent English and satsfied all my needs, answered all the questions. The room was clean, pleasantly spacy (although not large), with very comfortable bathroom. The location is about 10 minutes of walk from the train station that gets you to the airport every half an hour. It's only 2 stops to the airport and the train takes only about 7 minutes to arrive there. I'm not sure if there are any buses going close to the hotel, I had to walk about 10 minutes .
all reviews » We stayed in a family room for 1 night due to our early morning flight. This hotel was ok for that purpose. The shuttle bus to the airport was a perfect option. We paid eur 18 for all 4 of us. Alternative would be to walk 10 minutes to the station and take s7 for eur 7 in total. So it was worth to pay a bit more for the comfort. I used the hotel for a one-night stay before taking my early morning flight. The check-in/check-out process was fast and simple, the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was clean. It served perfectly for the purpose I was looking for. And it's very close to the Airport using the highway. It was a nice stay. Hotel is close to the airport, but with a good connection to the city. Rooms are simple, but nice and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent coffee, the staff was friendly and ready to help. And wi fi is free of charge. Al in all it was a nice stay. + location was good, close to airport + very safe and quiet neighborhood, mainly beautiful one-family houses + computer in lobby (free of charge) + room was fine, window could be opened + bathroom was neat + fresh air quality in the building + breakfast was adequate. The location 5 min from Vienna Airport is very convenient. They have a shuttle to make the process painless. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was expensive as an extra cost Nowhere to get food nearby. room a little crowded, triple room used a single booking. Breakfast needed more fruit. the weather was hot it would have been nice to have a airconditioner in the room. no signage on how to get to the hotel from the tram station; no air conditioning.
