Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. The Pension is in the middle of everything-easy access to the sights and travel connections. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to answer enquiries. The breakfast buffet was really good-a great way to start the day, with plenty of choice. Here is an amazing food market at street level, providing a huge range of quality produce and take away food if desired. there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.
