You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. great location. kitchen has everything one might need for cooking. we had a 1 year old child and it was very convenient to go for sightseeing in the morning and drop in around lunchtime. Just dont forget to let them know your exact check-in time in advance, because there is no reception. -

A simple no frills hotel, very large comfortable room,with equally large bathroom, all room facilities very adequate including tea and coffee, lots of cupboard space, very clean,and quiet room inside courtyard. Very worthwhile for the price.

It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -

there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.
